The Yamaha YZF-R125 sports a very capable liquid cooled 125cc SOHC fuel injected 4 stroke engine. Tuned to reach the maximum legal power for a learner, this motorcycle is equiped with a 6 speed gearbox. Yamaha have never produced a 4 stroke 125cc engine as advanced as this. The difference is obvious as soon as you hear it started. Yamaha engineering at its best.

The R125 engine is fed by a large air induction system, 2 inlet valves and a fuel injection system. All this means it has excellent throttle responce, putting power down as soon as you twist the throttle.

Faith that it’ll love rocky river crossings and dirt roads as much as you do. Faith that it’s going to be comfortable on a long freeway haul.Faith that it’s got what it takes to carve up twisty mountain roads.

The all-new Yamaha Super Ténéré is built from the ground up to be the most exciting next-generation adventure tourer, combining Yamaha’s Dakar-bred toughness and reliability with light, easy handling and advanced rider assist technology.

Features

Yamaha began with a clean sheet and a clear vision to design the Super Ténéré – the intelligent adventure travel bike. We started with a big, powerful engine – using an inline 2-cylinder layout to keep the bike compact and narrow – and a 270-degree crank for superb feel at the throttle.

They kept the mass low and central for light, agile handling from walking pace on a rocky trail to attack velocity in the twisties. Yamaha built the 2010 Super Ténéré tough, with spoked rims and inbuilt engine protection for offroad adventures. They also made the 2010 Super Ténéré comfortable and practical for long-haul touring. And loaded it with the latest in rider assist technology for exceptional safety and confidence.

Adjustable Seat Height

The 2010 Super Ténéré has an adjustable seat. You can choose the height from 835mm - 860mm to suit your height and riding position.

YCC-T with 3 stage traction control

Choose how you want to ride and get on the gas with confidence. The 2010 Super Ténéré features advanced Yamaha Chip-Controlled Throttle (YCC-T) technology and 3 stage traction control that can be turned off when its time for a little rear-wheel steering in the dirt. The 2010 Super Ténéré also has switchable Yamaha D-MODE engine mapping.

Adjustable Suspension

Set your 2010 Super Ténéré up for any situation - the 2010 Super Ténéré's upside-down forks are fully adjustable for preload, compression and rebound damping. You can adjust the rear monoshock for preload and rebound damping without getting any tools out! Making it easy to prepare the 2010 Super Ténéré for passengers or heavy luggage.

Tough, Tubless Rims

For reliable performance over the toughest off-road obsticles, the 2010 Super Ténéré runs spoked, tubeless aluminium rims. The narrow front rim features two double T-type rails at the rim end of the spokes, letting the spokes cross over further to help generate the rigidity you need for agile on-road handling.

Intelligent Unified Brake System + ABS

The smart ABS system predicts when the wheels are about to slide, and smoothly intervenes. The unified brake system lets you choose between braking both wheels with just the front lever, or having total control over each wheel by touching the rear brake pedal first. Together they give you exceptional safety with total control.

Low Central Mass

A low and central center of mass was one of Yamaha's key design goals. Tou'll notice the effects straight away - the superb balance and agility you feel at slow speeds and on loose surfaces, quick steering as you flick the 2010 Super Ténéré effortlessly through switchback corners on mountain road.

Shaft Drive - 270 Degree Crank

Tear up tarmac and move mountains of sand with 1199cc of effortless, 270 degree inline 2-cylinder grunt. Big, flexible torque meets 110PS of quick revving power in a big-bore engine that is mounted low in the frame for sharper handling.

The 2010 XJR1300 is powerfully built, with an awesome chassis and in-your-face engine architecture. And the XJR has a reputation that goes before it – authentic, tough, muscular, uncompromising. Rule number one on the street: no one messes with the XJR1300

The XJR1300 is big – big on power, big
on technology, big on street-dominating
style. It’s an eye-grabbing engineering
masterpiece that bonds classic air-cooled
engine design with hi-tech engine
technology – four valves per cylinder,
fuel injection and great-sounding EXUP
exhaust for a knockout 98 PS power
output and a mammoth 11.1 kg-m
(108.4 Nm) of smooth torque.

The superbly balanced chassis works
the same vibe – a double cradle tubular
 steel frame reinforced with box-section
 aluminium swingarm, fully adjustable
Öhlins shocks, chunky 43 mm front
 forks, three-spoke alloy wheels and
 monobloc four-piston front brake
calipers with 298 mm foating discs.
The Thirteen is a genuine design classic.

Inside the aluminium chassis, this muscular engine delivers brutal performance in the mid-range, and excellent day-to-day versatility. And for 2010, the ECU mapping has been revised for improved throttle response in the low to mid-rpm range.

With its radical bodywork and compact dimensions, this stylish motorcycle has more street presence than anything in its class. It’s got the bodywork to defy the weather, storage for a weekend away, and the agility to cope with both town and country. It’s all you could ever need.

Yamaha MT-01 SP

The MT-01 has always stood out in a crowd with its very distinctive styling and with trick Ohlins suspension, Pirelli Diablo tyres, new fat handle bars and a new colour scheme this MT-01 is very special.

Since its launch, the original MT-01 has won over many riders. This head-turning machine has introduced open-minded bikers to the pleasures of the Torque Sports world, where low rpm torque and effortless roll-on acceleration are the name of the game.

For 2009 Yamaha introduce the MT-01 SP, a special limited-edition version featuring a range of significant chassis and stylistic changes which are designed to offer an enhanced riding experience.

Ohlins front and rear suspension

One of the most significant new features to be seen on the new MT-01 SP is the use of Ohlins front and rear suspension.

New 43mm Ohlins front forks have been designed to offer high levels of feedback from the road surface. These high specification forks have been developed in association with Ohlins specifically for the new MT-01 SP, they feature optimal spring and damping settings which, after intensive testing, have been set to match the unique characteristics of the MT-01 SP’s high-torque engine and aluminium chassis.

The Ohlins rear shock absorber features a separate reservoir which ensures consistent damping performance. This new rear suspension offers high levels of comfort combined with first class handling, stability and road holding.

New levels of road-holding and excitement can be reached with the addition of these finely tuned updates, adding a greater level of sophistication and performance to an exclusive top of the range model.

Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres

The new MT-01 SP’s front and rear wheels are equipped with Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres as original equipment, with a 120/70-17 front and a 190/50-17 rear. These well respected tyres offer good levels of grip combined with strong turning qualities and enhanced wet weather performance. These inherent characteristics are designed to underline the sporting potential of the SP’s aluminium chassis.

Fatter tapered handlebars and machined aluminium handlebar crown
The new MT-01 SP model is equipped with fatter 28.6mm diameter tapered handlebars which are used in place of the standard model’s 25.4mm diameter design. In addition, the SP is also fitted with a machined aluminium handlebar crown, and the combination of the new fatter handlebars and the high quality crown accentuates the bike’s muscular image, and ensures a comfortable and sporty riding position.

Special colour scheme

As well as being equipped with higher specification suspension, Pirelli tyres and fatter tapered handlebars, the new MT-01 SP also benefits from a special new colour scheme.

The focal point is the red and white fuel tank which is complemented by a red front fender and red chrome MT logo on the tank. A new two-tone seat and gold wheels underline the exclusivity of this attractive new SP model. Other special features include a protective nano-film coating on the bare-metal finish exhaust, and the use of additional chrome plating on selected engine and chassis components.

A more intense experience of KODO

KODO is a Japanese noun that can mean soul beat, pulsation, or the external expression of latent power. The original MT-01 was built around the concept of KODO, and the new higher specification Yamaha MT-01 SP has been designed to elevate the experience of KODO to an even higher level.

In developing the new model, Yamaha’s engineers have concentrated on two key areas: enhancing the levels of surface feedback felt by the rider, and accentuating the visualization of the machine’s sporty character.

These goals have been achieved by the use of the new Ohlins suspension, Pirelli tyres and a radical new colour scheme which work together to deliver to the rider an even more exciting, rewarding and unique Torque Sports experience.
