14 Day Returns
We are more than happy to accept returns for items ordered.
Please Note: When returning an item, it should be sent in suitable packaging and shipped by a recorded service with the appropriate level of insurance and proof of delivery. We are not able to complete any replacement or refund until the item is received by us in the same condition it was delivered to you in.
There are a few situations where you may want to return an item, each with their own procedure:
Swapping an item for a different size
Don't worry, everybody is different and every manufacturer uses different sizes.
Return the item to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange it for another size. There will be a £4.99 re-shipping charge and the item must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition.
Simply email us at orders@cmcbikes.com stating your order number, name and reason you would like to return and item and we will guide you through the procedure.
There may also be a restocking fee of 10-20% if the requested size has to be ordered in for you.
No longer require an item
Has someone bought you the same product or you no longer require it? Then send it back for a refund!
Return the item to us within 7 days of delivery and get a full refund minus the cost incurred for delivery to you (£4.99). The item must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition.
Return the item to us between 7-14 days of delivery and get a refund minus the cost of shipping the item to you (£4.99). There may also be a restocking fee of 10-20% deducted from your refund (dependent on the item). The item must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition.

Item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
In the very rare case an item is damaged or is not what you ordered we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund.
Return an the item to us within 14 days of delivery and provided that the item is found by us to be the incorrect item and or faulty we will offer either a full refund or free replacement. We will also cover the cost to you of returning the item to us. The item must be returned in an unused, as-received condition.
Please remember to include a receipt for the postage costs for returning the item to us, so we can refund that too!
