Online sales
We are happy to accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, Maestro or Solo card for your order placed on-line. All our payments taken online are secured by Sage Pay secure payment gateway. Your card details are not saved or stored by CMCBikes.com in anyway. We use CV2, AVS (Address Verification Service) and MSC (MasterCard SecureCode) security checking to minimise the risk of fraud.
Please note that for online sales we take payment at the the point of dispatch and not at the checkout stage.
Please be also aware that on some bank cards our initial check for sufficient funds, taken on receipt of your order, may appear like a payment on your statement. This is known as a 'Shadow Payment'. This amount is not taken by CMCBikes, but taken by your bank and held, appearing like a transaction. We take one single payment on dispatch of your order and any amount held by your bank should be accredited back to your account within a week (usually 3 days). CMCBikes online system allows for only one payment to be taken. If you have further queries about this shadow payment please contact your bank. CMCBikes will not take any responsibility should any extra charged be applied to you by your bank as a result of your bank holding to your 'Shadow Payment'.
In-store
We are able accept most types of credit and debit cards, cash, cheque and arrange finance for your purchases.
Refunds
If a refund is arranged it will be returned to you in the same manner we received it. e.g. If you paid by card that card will be reunded.
