Motorcycle Sales Executive

Through continued success and growth we are now looking for a top sales executive to join our busy and exciting sales team at our premium dealership. You will be selling some of the markets leading and most popular motorcycle brands. As a forward thinking business we are looking for individuals who possess a can do attitude and willingness to learn and develop. CMC have a strong focus on finance and insurance products and we will guide you through your FCA accreditation. CMC has been established for over 40 years and we are the largest motorcycle dealer group in the UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow the CMC sales process to manage and develop sales enquiries and aftersales referrals.
  • Maximise the profitability of all motorcycle sales using all of the systems at your disposal.
  • Ensure that all key performance indicators and targets set by the sales manager are met.
  • Deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain showroom standards in accordance with the dealership standards.
  • In return we offer a basic salary of £12,000 per annum and an un-capped OTE of £30,000. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension and health cover.

This role requires 5.5 days per week including weekends and you will report into the sales manager.

This position is available for an immediate start.

Motorcycle Service Technician

We are looking for a qualified, vehicle technician to join the workshop team in our premium franchised dealership working on one of the UK motorcycle markets leading brands – Yamaha.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a main dealer franchise, be able to use current diagnostic equipment as well as all aspects of servicing and modern engine work.

From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.

The ideal candidate should be qualified to NVQ level 3 in motorcycle repair or light vehicles.

You should have a minimum of 2 – 3 years technical experience with modern vehicles and be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards. Ideally you would be a qualified MOT tester.

We require a self-starter with a flexible can do attitude, have a good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.

A full bike and car licence are essential.

An excellent salary package will be awarded to the successful candidate which will reflect your experience and qualifications.

Full industry Yamaha manufacturer training provided as necessary.
