Our motorcycle tuning centre is fully ventilated, sound proofed and has a viewing area so you can watch your bike being tuned or having a power run.

If you want more power from your motorcycle but need pointing in the right direction our fully trained technicians can help.
When you bring your motorcycle to our dyno for a power run (power graph) our technicians compare your graph to similar motorcycles of the same make and model with performance parts fitted. This allows them to show you in black and white what your motorcycle should produce with similar parts fitted.
Power Commander Tuning
Fitting a power commander unit to your motorcycle can give good results. However, each motorcycle set up is different. The only way to get the best from the Power commander unit is to have a custom map create for your motorcycle. Our team will create a power commander custom fuelling map ensuring you get the most power all across the power range. You won't believe the difference on the open road.
Power Graph
When you use our motorcycle tuning centre to have a performance part (Power Commander etc.) fitted we will create a power graph on our dyno before and after fitting. So you can see the power gains for yourself.

Maximum BHP (Brake Horse Power) graph
This is a graph that shows the power performance in BHP that the motorcycles is putting down at the back wheel. The graph produced on our motorcycle dyno will let our technicians see exactly where you could get more power gains.
Fuelling graph
This graph shows what the current fuel to air ratio is on the current set up. Our technicians will be able to show you where your motorcycle is running to lean or rich at each rev range. By studying this graph you will be able to get a better idea of which performance upgrades will benefit your motorcycle best.
Comparison to similar motorcycles
Once we have run your motorcycle on our Dynojet Dynamometer we can compare the motorcycles performance and tuning to a motorcycle of the same make and model. This will aid us in advising the best tuning and performance parts for the motorcycle and give you an idea of the performance increase you will get from each type of performance part.

A map provided by Power Commander is 90% accurate (at best) to your motorcycle set up. A custom fuelling map made on our motorcycle dyno is 100% accurate to your specific motorcycle. This means you get the best power gains and fuelling ratios for your performance parts and set up.
A custom fuelling map consists of:
- Before and after graph
- Bespoke 100% tuned fuel map
- Professional advice on current performance
- Comparison to similar motorcycles and set ups
Before and after graph
Before we create a custom tuned fuelling map we will do a power run. This is then compared to the finished power output. This will clearly show how much of an improvement a custom map for the motorcycle has produced.
Bespoke 100% tuned fuel map
We will run the motorcycle on our dyno multiple times, tuning the fuel to air ratio map at each rev range, tweaking, tuning and squeezing every single HP and lb of torque from the motorcycle. Making sure that every last bit of power and throttle response has been developed from your motorcycle.

DynoJet trained technicians will show you the power they have managed to produce, and explain the best route to take to get even more power from your motorcycle.

Fitting the Power Commander
Our Dynojet trained technicians will then fit the power commander to your motorcycle. This involves fitting the unit (usually under rear seat), routing wiring professionally, connecting the kit to the ECU and injectors and testing the unit.

Want more power from your carburettor fed motorcycle? We can fit a DynoJet carburettor tuning kit. This will improve performance and enables us to tune the fuel to air ratio to match any aftermarket performance filters or exhausts you may have fitted.

Before we fit the DynoJet Carb Kit we do a power run. This is compared to the finished power, torque and air/fuel ratio output. This will clearly show how much of an improvement the DynoJet Carb Kit fitted to the motorcycle has produced.
Fuelling assessment
Our tuning team analyse your current fuel/air ratio and choose the recommended jets and needles for your motorcycle.
Kit Fitting
The carburettor is stripped and the DynoJet carburettor kit is fitted to your motorcycle.
Power Runs
Our tuning team will then run various power runs to determine the level of tune achieved and assesses any fine tuning that may be required to create the best HP, torque and throttle responce gains for your motorcycle.
Fine Tune
The final stage is stripping the carburettor again, refitting fine tuned jets and needles to achieve the maximum power gain for the motorcycle. This tuning stage will ensure the optimum performance is achieved.
