The updated Kenwood TK3201 T2 has an aluminium die-cast chassis with a sealed case. The Kenwood TK3201 T2 has be found to satisfy or even exceed the stringent IP 54/55 standards. Also tested by military types and passed a whole range of tough tests (vibration, shock, rain, dust, low temps, high temps and lots more).

IP55 testing ensures this radio can resist blowing rain and dust.

Li-ion Battery and Charger

Your new Kenwood TK3201 T2 comes complete with a Li-ion battery pack (2000mAh) and a rapid charger. Giving you up to 20 hours of use!

5km (3 mile) Range

The Kenwood TK3201 T1 ProTalk offers 0.5W of power to enable direct radio-to-radio comms on the same frequency (simplex) for distances of up to 5km. Talk range will depend on terrain and other conditions.

16 Channels

The Kenwood TK3201 T2 has 16 channels, each can be programmed by you to any of the 8 pre-stored frequencies, guided by the voice synthesizer.

Compatibility

The ProTalk has 38 QT tones and DQT codes allowing it to operate on the same channel and squelch tones as other business class radio brands.
