We are currently shipping to UK Mainland, Finland, Spain, France, Germany and Netherlands. Simply change the country in your shopping cart by clicking the flag for a postage quote.
Your order is processed the day we receive it
Most orders placed on our web site by 1:00 PM on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will usually ship the following Monday (subject to availability of stock). You will be notified by e-mail at each stage of the process. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order online.
Stock Levels
Should any of the items in your order be out of stock you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) of your goods. Usually the this is between 1-5 working days.
Standard delivery in 1-7 working days
We use Royal Mail and Fastways couriers. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Should your order fail to arrive before 7 working days please notify us either via e-mail (orders@cmcbikes.com) or via telephone (01246 559900).

Missed Delivery
Knock knock. No one there? Don't panic, its easy to rearrange delivery:
All orders sent require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home when your order is delivered the courier will leave a card with details of how to obtain your order.
Royal Mail
If you’re out when Royal Mail try to deliver your order, they will leave a ‘We’re holding an item of mail for you’ card at the delivery address. This card gives you the address and opening hours of your local delivery office, so you can pop in and pick up your mail, have the item delivered to your local post office or you can telephone them and ask for your mail to be redelivered when you will be in.
Fastways
If you are out when Fastways attempt to deliver your order, they will leave a missed delivery card with details on how to contact them to arrange redelivery to your home address, or a work address.
