Working as part of a busy team, you will be based on Service Reception where your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, dealing with any telephone enquiries and liaising with the Service Manager.
Looking after a team of Technicians, allocating the workload and managing the jobs effectively.
The successful Candidate should possess previous experience of working within a Service Writer role in the motor trade, have strong customer service skills & the ability to work without supervision, as well as being able to prioritise and multi-task.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with all types of customers and be confident in negotiating and influencing situations.
