Through continued success and growth, we are looking for a top Transaction Manager to join our successful team at our premium franchise dealership selling some of the market's leading and most popular motorcycle brands.

Working with these brands, you must be well-presented and professional in order to be considered for this position.

This exciting and challenging role requires a talented and incredibly motivated individual with a track record of success and a first-rate knowledge of sales process and enquiry management. You will form an essential part of the management team within the department and with your main attention and responsibility being on enquiry management, coaching and developing the team and assisting the Sales Manager to ensure the company objectives are achieved.

The role also requires the ability to communicate at all levels, motivate a sales team and a passion to succeed. This would suit an existing high performing Business Manager/Controller or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly company sales and finance targets. 

  • Ensure showroom standards are kept within company guidelines. 

  • Create an environment of learning and development within the sales team. 

  • Manage the sale executives through the CMC sales process. 

  • Provide finance and general insurance quotations in a compliant manner. 

  • Value part exchanges. 

  • Complete finance documentation and set up insurance products within FCA guidelines. 

  • Support sales manager duties as and when required. 

Renumeration / Benefits

  • Basic Salary of £25,000 with a £40,00 OTE  

  • 22 Days Annual Leave

  • 5.5 Days per week including weekends  

  • Contract type: Full Time/Permanent  

  • Position available from February 1st 2019
