Job Vacancy – Sales Administrator

We are looking for a top Sales Administrator to join our successful team at our premium franchise dealership which sells some of the market's leading and most popular motorcycle brands.

Working with these brands, you must be well-presented and professional in order to be considered for this position.

As a sales administrator you will complete all administration tasks required to complete the sale of new and used motorcycles, from taxing to invoicing, from raising job cards to settling finance agreements.

You will be required to complete, check and maintain various records both written and computerized using our dealership management system. You will also be required to maintain payment records for cash and other banking methods following the company’s policies.

This role would suit someone with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical and professional approach.

Responsibilities

  • Completing AFRL process to register and tax new motorcycles. 

  • Creating invoices for new and used motorcycles and part exchanges. 

  • Raising job cards for the workshop. 

  • Daily banking. 

  • Stock management and paperwork as the stock is moved from site to site. 

  • Settling finance agreements on part exchanges. 

  • Allocating funds from the bank to the correct customer account. 

  • Any other administration duties reasonably requested.

  • Basic Salary of £18,500

Contract Details

  • 5 Days per week Mon to Friday  

  • Contract type: Full Time/Permanent
