This exciting and challenging role requires a talented and incredibly motivated individual with a track record of managing a service department in the automotive sector.
The role will oversee daily operations, service management, capacity management, management of staff, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to, health and safety in the workshop and also customer management.
The role also requires the ability to communicate at all levels, motivate a team and a passion to succeed.
This would suit an existing high performing Service Manager or workshop controller looking to progress.
