Through continued success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our successful team at our premium franchise dealership which sells some of the market's leading and most popular motorcycle brands.

Working with these brands you must be well-presented and professional to be considered for this position. This exciting and challenging role requires a talented and highly motivated individual with a proven track record of sales management within the automotive sector.

You will need to be process and compliance driven with a work ethic second to none as this is a very fast paced and busy environment. You will be responsible for the department delivering on its targets of new and used motorcycle sales and finance and insurance products while giving our customers an excellent buying experience so they will want to come back time and time again.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve its monthly and annual sales objectives. 

  • Manage and reconcile the deal book to provide accurate unit and profit figures. 

  • Manage all incoming complaints for the sales department in a professional manner. 

  • Review daily activity through lead enquiry management. 

  • Coaching and development of the sales team to improve conversion rates, finance and insurance product opportunities and customer service. 

  • Manage the disposal of trade bikes within the company guidelines. 

  • Second face customers to ensure maximum profitability. 

  • Carry out weekly/monthly reviews with sales executives to identify strengths and areas for improvement and highlight training courses available for development 

Renumeration / Benefits

  • Basic Salary of £30,000 with a £50,000 OTE  

  • 22 Days Annual Leave

  • 5.5 Days per week including weekends  

  • Contract type: Full Time/Permanent
